Auctioneer’s Note: Bryan Mason has owned and operated Mason Enterprise Group in Coweta for years. He has decades to downsize and reduce inventory of his farm and equipment and has commissioned McKinney Auctions to manage the liquidation of his personal property. • There will be no buyer’s premium on cash or check payments.  There will be a 3% buyer’s premium on credit card payments.

• All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with McKinney Auctions.

• All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company.  All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

• Not responsible for accidents, illness, fire, theft or acts of nature.

• You must register for a buyer’s number at the registration table the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.

• Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash, check or credit card. Credit card purchases have a 3% buyer′s fee. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
