Auctioneer’s Note: Jerry Ostroski and his family have sold their lake home and commissioned McKinney Auctions to liquidate the personal property. On the aution block is high-end furniture that is very nice and well taken care of. This is not a large auction, so be sure to be on time.

• Personal property includes, but not limited to: High-end furniture, leather couch, pool table, bunk beds, patio furniture, dining table and chairs, rocking chairs, glider rocker and ottoman, bedroom suit with bed, armoire, dresser, and end tables, electric fire place, washer and dryer, fishing poles, tools, bench grinder, cast iron wood stove, end tables, chest of drawers, refrigerator, oil lamp, and much more.

• We will update the website regularly with items and pictures listed for advertisement.

• There will be no buyer’s premium on cash or check payments.  There will be a 3% buyer’s premium on credit card payments.

• All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with McKinney Auctions.

• All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company.  All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

• Not responsible for accidents, illness, fire, theft or acts of nature.

• You must register for a buyer’s number at the registration table the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.

• Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash, check or credit card. Credit card purchases have a 3% buyer′s fee. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
