Directions: From the Church of Christ in Porter, go 2.5 miles west on Highway 51B to 365th E Ave (Springhill Road). Turn south and it is 3-1/4 miles to the auction site on the west side of the road. Watch for signs.
Auctioneer’s Note: Dana Thomas has commissioned McKinney Auctions to auction off the partial estate of the late Jeff Thomas. Jeff is a lifetime resident of Porter where he retired from Porter Consolidated Schools. He and Dana enjoyed hitting the road to find unique and one of a kind treasures. In this auction you will find Jeff’s knife collection, firearms, antiques, collectibles, tools and farm equipment. There is something for everyone in this auction. There will be no buyer’s premium on cash or check payments. There will be a 3% buyer’s premium on credit card payments.
All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with McKinney Auctions.
All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company. All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

You must register for a buyer’s number at the registration table the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.
Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash, check or credit card. Credit card purchases have a 3% buyer′s fee. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
