AUCTIONEER NOTE: The family has commissioned Fewel Auctions/McKinney Auctions to offer the estate of O.J. and Joyce Eller up for auction. Mr. & Mrs. Eller moved to the residence in the early 1950’s and operated a dairy for many years. The equipment and vehicles are very well cared for as they have been barn kept. • All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with Fewel Auctions or McKinney Auctions.

• All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company.  All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

• Not responsible for accidents, fire, theft or acts of nature.

• You must register for a buyer’s number at the registration table the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.

• Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash, check or credit card. Credit card purchases have a 3% buyer′s fee. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
