Directions: From Porter Country Store, go south on First Street (Clarksville Road) towards the Clarksville Community. Go approx. 3 miles to the auction site on the east side of the road.

• There will be no buyer’s premium on cash or check payments. 

• All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with McKinney Auctions.

• All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company.  All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

• Not responsible for accidents, illness, fire, theft or acts of nature.

• You must register for a buyer’s number at the registration table the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.

• Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash or check. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
