AUCTIONEER NOTE: Gail Boyd has commissioned McKinney Auctions to offer on the auction block the tools and shop items of her late husband, Mike Boyd. Mike was a long-time Porter resident who was known from miles away for his ability and passion of building race cars and hot rods. This offering is his personal tools and shop items, most in great working condition. Make plans to attend this auction as there will be something for everyone.

• There will be no buyer’s premium on cash or check payments. 

• All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with McKinney Auctions.

• All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company.  All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

• Not responsible for accidents, illness, fire, theft or acts of nature.

• You must register for a buyer’s number at the registration table the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.

• Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash or check. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
